1. Statutory Warranty (Conformity)
1.1. We provide a warranty on all physical products purchased from our webshop in accordance with European consumer law. This means that the products must comply with the agreement, possess the characteristics specified in our offer, and function as reasonably expected under normal use.
1.2. If a product is defective upon receipt or exhibits a manufacturing defect during normal use, you are entitled to a free replacement or a full refund.
2. Warranty Period
2.1. The statutory warranty period applies to all physical goods (such as QR stickers and tags) from the moment of delivery.
2.2. For our digital service and platform access, we guarantee that the system functions as described, subject to minor and necessary downtime for maintenance.
3. Scope and Exclusions
3.1. This warranty strictly covers manufacturing faults, print defects, or material defects that cause the QR code to become unreadable upon arrival.
3.2. The warranty explicitly does NOT cover:
- Damage caused by intentional misuse, negligence, or improper application of the stickers/tags by the user.
- Normal wear and tear, deep scratches, or defacement of the sticker caused by abrasive contact with keys, coins, or rough surfaces over time.
- Damage caused by exposing the product to extreme chemicals or conditions outside of normal daily smartphone usage.
4. Crucial Disclaimer Regarding Your Valuables
4.1. Returnmysmartphone.com provides a tool (a physical QR tag and a digital connecting platform) designed to increase the probability of an honest finder returning your lost smartphone.
4.2. We do NOT provide any warranty, insurance, or guarantee against the actual loss, theft, permanent misplacement, or physical damage of your smartphone or any other object equipped with our product.
4.3. The Company cannot be held liable for any financial loss, data loss, or emotional distress resulting from a smartphone that is not recovered.
5. How to File a Warranty Claim
5.1. If you believe you received a defective product, please contact us within 7 days of noticing the defect at info@returnmysmartphone.com.
5.2. Please provide your order number, a brief description of the issue, and a clear photograph showing the defect or the unreadable QR code.
5.3. If the claim is justified, we will send you a replacement set completely free of charge or issue a refund within 14 days.
