At Returnmysmartphone.com, we do everything we can to deliver your order as quickly and carefully as possible. Because we understand that you want to protect your valuable possessions as soon as possible, we maintain a transparent shipping and return process.

1. Shipping & Delivery

Where do you deliver?
We currently deliver our products throughout the Netherlands and Belgium (and worldwide upon request).

What are the shipping costs?
Because our QR stickers and Lost & Found tags are compact and lightweight, they almost always fit right through your mailbox. This means you do not have to stay home to receive your delivery!
• Netherlands: Free shipping
• Belgium / International: €2.95

What is the delivery time?
• Netherlands: If you order on business days, your order is generally delivered within 2 to 4 days by PostNL.
• Belgium: Delivery to Belgium takes an average of 2 to 6 business days.
Please note: PostNL does not deliver regular mailbox post on Sundays and Mondays.

2. Returns & Right of Withdrawal

Are you not completely satisfied with your purchase? No problem. As a consumer, you have the statutory right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason (the right of withdrawal).

How do returns work?
1. Register your return: Within 14 days of receipt, send an email to info@returnmysmartphone.com stating your name, order number, and the products you wish to return.
2. Return the product: After your return is approved, you have another 14 days to ship the product back to us.
3. Refund: Once we receive the products in good condition, we will refund the full purchase amount within 14 days via the payment method used during the original order.

Important conditions for returns:
• Unused & Unactivated: The QR stickers and tags can only be returned if they are unused and the unique QR codes have not yet been activated or linked on our platform. As soon as a code is linked to an account, the right to return expires for that specific code.
• Return shipping costs: The costs for shipping the products back to us via post are at your own expense (since it fits in a standard envelope, this is usually just the price of a single stamp).
• Custom work: If we have printed custom stickers specifically for your business featuring your own logo or unique custom print, the right of withdrawal does not apply.

3. Received a Damaged or Incorrect Product?

Did something go wrong during postal delivery, or did you accidentally receive the incorrect set? Our apologies! Please contact us within 48 hours of receipt at info@returnmysmartphone.com. If possible, please attach a photo of the damage or mistake. We will make sure a new set is sent your way immediately, completely free of charge.
